Very occassionally I just wish I could disappear for a few weeks and just get away from everything and everyone. Lately I’m in that mood and no matter how much I try to just get myself out of this funk, it just does not want to happen. Read full post...The past week has been fun – the 100 push-up Julyathon is keeping me busy, but the best workout I had must’ve been on Saturday when I headed out to Grimsby on my bike. The ride from Nottingham to Grimsby is relatively “flat”, except for a few hills that give you absolute hell.

I fell … hard … at speed… and it REALLY REALLY REALLY hurt. Not sure exactly what happened, but I fell like a ton of bricks around a bend. And I was enjoying the ride so much as well!
